The 2021 Major League Baseball All-Star Game will be the 91st Major League Baseball All-Star Game, held between the American League (AL) and the National League (NL). The game was originally to be hosted by Truist Park near Atlanta, Georgia; however, on April 2, MLB moved the game from Atlanta in protest of the Georgia State Legislature's passage of the controversial Election Integrity Act of 2021. The game will instead be played at Coors Field in Denver, marking the second All-Star Game for both the city and venue, following the 1998 All-Star Game.
This ASG is on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 7:30pm (5:30pm MDT locally). It is going to be televised on FOX. The players will wear the All-Star baseball jerseys, not their respective team jerseys (like they did in the 2021 Home Run Derby).

Notable Happenings[]
- Adam Frazier makes a great running stop to rob a potential Shohei Ohtani hit in the 1st inning.
- MLB.com Film Room: https://www.mlb.com/video/frazier-robs-ohtani
- Shohei Ohtani puts on a great performance as a starter in the 1st inning.
- The AL All-Stars have scored first in the 2nd inning.
- Shohei Ohtani is the first MLB player ever to be "taken out of the game" as a pitcher but comes back as a designated hitter in the same game (a self-substitution).
- Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (the son of the Hall of Famer) hits a homer in the 3rd inning. His home run is the 200th in the whole MLB All-Star history. He is the 2nd youngest player to hit a home run in ASG at 22 years, 119 days old. The Guerreros are the 3rd father-son duo to hit a homer in MLB ASG history (Bobby & Barry Bonds, the Griffeys).

- After Shohei Ohtani is out of the game by substitution, Vlad Jr. hits his 2nd RBI via groundout in the 5th inning.
- J.T. Realmuto (replacement for Buster Posey) gets the NL All-Stars on the board with his solo homer in the 5th inning.

- Mike Zunino (replacing the 2021 Home Run Derby participant) hits his solo homer to extend the AL All-Stars' lead in the 6th inning.
- Video on Twitter: https://twitter.com/MLB/status/1415129265201418240
- After Chris Bassitt has given up a single and 2 walks to load the bases with 2 outs, he successfully gets out of the jam in the 6th inning.
- Freddy Peralta strikes out all 3 AL batters swinging in the 7th inning.
- Post from Twitter: https://twitter.com/MLBStats/status/1415135181921468421
- After Matt Barnes has given up 2 singles and a walk to load the bases with 2 outs, he successfully gets out of the jam in the 8th inning.
- Jared Walsh is the regular 1st baseman for the Angels (Shohei Ohtani's teammate). He plays as the left fielder instead because the AL does not have any left fielders left. He never plays as an outfielder in his MLB career. While Matt Barnes is behind 3-0 against Kris Bryant, Jared Walsh makes a great sliding catch on a shallow flyball to take a hit away from Kris Bryant and to save at least 2 runs from the NL.
- Video on Twitter: https://twitter.com/MLB/status/1415144105294843906
- Shohei Ohtani did the same thing when he actually was labeled as a left fielder in an Angels' game this year.
