Cal Raleigh is one of the greatest MLB catchers to hit. In 2025, he has broken almost all records. He breaks the records for the most home runs by a catcher for a season. He almost wins the AL MVP (has 4 votes shy of 1st place behind Aaron Judge) and the Hank Aaron Award (again beaten by Aaron Judge). Cal Raleigh has led his Seattle Mariners to all 7 games in the ALCS, but they were 1 game short of making to their 1st-ever World Series appearance (the Mariners are the only team without a WS appearance). He has won the 2025 HR Derby.
