Brian Scott Barber (born March 4, 1973) is an American former baseball pitcher and currently serving as the Philadelphia Phillies' amateur scouting director. He pitched in the Major Leagues from 1995 to 1999 for the St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Royals.
