Jordan Blake Weems (born November 7, 1992) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Washington Nationals. He previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Oakland Athletics and Arizona Diamondbacks. He was originally drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 3rd round of the 2011 Major League Baseball draft as a catcher before converting to a pitcher in 2016.
