1948 Harlan KY, Jenkins KY, Morristown TN, Newport TN, Oak Ridge TN, Pennington Gap VA. The Oak Ridge franchise moved to Hazard KY during the season.
1949 Big Stone Gap, VA and Middlesboro, KY entered the league.
1950 No teams entered or left the league.
1951 Norton, VA entered the league; Newport left the league.
1952 Jenkins and Pennington Gap left the league.
1953 Kingsport TN, Knoxville TN, and Maryville-Alcoa TN entered the league; Hazard left the league.
1954 Oak Ridge, TN and Lexngton, KY entered the league; Big Stone Gap, Knoxville and Norton left the league. After the original Morristown franchise disbanded May 15, the Maryville-Alcoa franchise transferred there June 20 then disbanded July 2. Lexington folded July 7, Harlan June 20. (2, 300, 545, 552)
