O.F. Baldwin was born on Thursday, November 3, 1881, in Carson City, Michigan. Baldwin was 26 years old when he broke into the big leagues on September 6, 1908, with the St. Louis Cardinals. On February 16, 1942, Baldwin committed suicide by hanging himself.
