Peter Christopher Bourjos (born March 31, 1987 in Chicago, Illinois) is a center fielder who currently plays for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

Bourjos attended Notre Dame High and was selected by the Angels in the 10th round of the 2005 free agent draft (signing on Aug. 18, 2005).

Bourjos is currently considered the fastest player in the Angels system.

Bourjos was recognized as the Angels minor league system's Defensive Player of the Year in 2009.[1] In the offseason of 2009, the Angels bought his contract and added him to their 40-man roster to prevent him from being selected by another team in the Rule 5 Draft.[2]Going into the 2010 season, he was named the second best prospect in the Angels system, the 'Fastest Baserunner', and the 'Best Defensive Outfielder' by Baseball America.[3]
