William W. Bell, Sr. (August 31, 1897 – March 16, 1969) was an American right-handed pitcher and manager in baseball's Negro Leagues. Born in Galveston, Texas, he played primarily for the Kansas City Monarchs. He died at age 71 in El Campo, Texas.
